PAM GOLDMAN
EXECUTIVE ADVISORY & COACHING
Strategic counsel for the decisions that won't wait for a session.
Decades of experience
Founders, executives & teams
Virtual, nationwide & international
The decisions that matter rarely wait for a scheduled session. They show up in a contract, a difficult email, a late night when the doubt gets loud.
● Contracts and agreements, reviewed before you sign.
● Decks and proposals, sharpened before they go out.
● The difficult email, worked over until it does what you intended it to do.
● Negotiations, thought through response by response.
● Acquisitions and transitions, worked through as they unfold.
● The conversation you’re dreading, rehearsed until your point gets heard.
My Services
Executive Advisory
Ongoing strategic counsel for founders and executives. Contracts, decks, proposals, negotiations, and real-time thinking on whatever you’re dealing with. Most of it happens between sessions rather than in them.
Company &
Team Work
Communication and management dynamics are where most teams struggle. How people say the difficult thing, how they handle conflict instead of stepping around it. When these get better, people take real ownership of their work, and the culture follows.
Coaching
Individuals, couples, and co-founder partnerships. The way you lead and the way you live are not two separate stories, and I work with the whole person. I'm available by text between sessions, not just during them.
About Pam
I spent years as a therapist before I became a coach, and what I learned about people goes with me into every conversation. Underneath the strategy work is a clear read on why people do what they do: the founder avoiding one conversation, the team circling the same conflict for a year, the capable leader who still has difficulty delegating.
I’ve also been a senior vice president at a Fortune 500 healthcare company, so I know how a large organization actually runs. I can tell the difference between a broken process and a strained relationship.
I've worked across just about every industry there is.
The specifics change. What's happening between people doesn't.
